Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:
  • Coordination duties(e.g. arrange for dinners and events; manage the invitations and coordinating the guest lists, assisting in meeting/appointment schedules planning etc)
  • Assist in the preparation of ad hoc documents and reports
  • Arrange all travel & accommodation requirements as necessary for expats
  • Full secretarial support to the Director
  • Maintaining documents filing and records.
  • All other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Female, age 27 - 35 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma degree or equivalent from reputable academy majoring in Secretarial
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
  • Full-Time positions available
  • Well organize, discipline, high initiative
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment & adhere to tight deadlines
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English, good communication in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independent, under pressure, attention to detail, hard-worker, highly motivated, fast learner, multitasked, well organized able to work in a team or individually without much supervision
