Job Description
As a maintenance planner you will play a leading role in ensuring continued optimisation and production improvement.

Your role will involve:
  • Assuming a critical function as a member of the planning team.
  • Planning and coordinating shut downs on a range of major mobile equipment.
  • Building solid relationships with maintenance teams to maximise the effectiveness of your planning function.
  • Providing sound feedback based on experience to the reliability team to improve productivity across the site.
The Successful Applicant
Applicants for this role will:
  • Have the necessary tertiary or trade qualifications.
  • Have proven capability working with teams across a mine site.
  • Understand the challenges involved in open cut operating conditions.
  • Offer a structured approach to scheduling.
  • Exhibit CMMS fluency, particularly SAP, JD Edwards and Maximo.
  • Bring a comprehensive understanding of short and long term planning.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
