Located South West of Brisbane an excellent opportunity exists for a highly skilled It Support officer/ Systems Administrator to join a growing Business in one of Brisbane's busiest mining & engineering services providers. You will join a small, highly skilled team where you will be providing support and administration across a large variety of technologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing level 1/2/3 Support
• Phone, email and onsite support 
• Manage and improve helpdesk functions
• Help build a Service Desk
• Project Work
• AD, Exchange, Windows 7, Server 2003/2007, Cisco, Cloud technologies, etc. 
• Developing rapport with users 

The ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years of Desktop Support experience 
• IT Uni Degree 
• Industry Certificates are HIGHLY regarded
• ADVANCED skills in Active Directory is a MUST!!!
• Excellent Communication skills
• Drive and excitement to progress in your career and move up to more senior technical roles!
