About our Client
Our client are an ASX listed gold producer who are in a strong position to embark on a growth plan over the coming years. Recent growth developments have created the need for an experienced Metallurgist.

Job Description
Working within a close knit team environment, you will be charged with supervision of a team of engineers and laboratory operations. Key responsibilities will be to support the metallurgical team and sections of the process plant are being properly managed against key performance criteria. Along with daily process optimisation, a major part of your role will include the coordination and initiating plant project work and brownfields commissioning work.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree qualifications in Metallurgy / Mineral Processing;
• Significant experience in an operating process plant environment;
• Knowledge and understanding of gold circuits is essential;
• Ability to mentor junior metallurgists and lab technicians.
