Lead Project Engineer (Mechanical)

Requirements

• Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience working on educational, industrial, laboratory, etc. projects. Strong computer skills as well as strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Candidates should have about 10-15 years’ experience in HVAC design and experience in Revit and/or Bentley BIM, energy modeling. The ideal candidate will hold a PE and be a LEED AP.
• Should have a thorough knowledge and design ability of all system types including boiler and chillers, hydronic systems, air systems, package RTU’s, VAV systems, geothermal systems, fan coils, heat pumps and other major systems. The ideal candidate will have client and business development skills and well as good writing ability. This person will lead and manage a project team.
