• 3  Years management experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Management Development

Job Specification

Your daily duties will include:

• Achieve budget and working capital requirements
• Provide technical assistance and after sales service to clients
• Service existing clients and develop new business
• Propose pumps and equipment on various applications
• Identify growth opportunities for product range
• Proactive in seeking growth in all products
• Maintain high level of customer service
• Manage branch resources, e.g. labour, spares etc
• Maximise labour and profitability
• Observe all HSE and housekeeping requirements at the branch
• Observe company workflow procedures
• Product refurbishment, repair and commissioning
