• The Maintenance Planner primary function is to create job plans; clearly identifying all procedures, materials, tools, parts and labor, required to perform work identified on MAXIMO work orders. The planner also analyzes and tracks maintenance planning metrics.
• This individual is tasked with the coordination and requisition of contract services and spare parts, planning day to day work orders as well as major overhauls.
• The planner is responsible for preparing cost estimates and assist with budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Educational background: BS or Associates degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Must be able to complete the[Company]  Planner Certification Program

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in cement manufacturing or related industry.
• Requires skills in area of management, communications, computers, planning and organization as well as knowledge in technical area of industrial maintenance.
