Project Geologist / Senior Geologist

We are currently working with a global uranium focused exploration company based in South Australia. We are presently recruiting for an experienced Project Geologist / Senior Exploration Geologist.
This opportunity has arisen for a motivated, results orientated individual. Reporting to the Geology Manager your primary focus will see you working autonomously in a small, but well supported, exploration team involved with the daily planning and implementation of the company's exploration strategy. This will include collection & supervision of field data, planning & implementation of sampling and drilling programs in remote locations
 
To be considered for the position of Project Geologist / Senior Exploration Geologist you will require:

• Tertiary qualification in mining geology or related discipline.
• 5 years exploration geology experience.
• Experience of managing project exploration in remote locations
• Strong exploration and mineral identification expertise.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with land owners and contractors.
• Generating targets.
• Evaluating prospects.
• Interpreting data and assisting in development and implementation of resource modelling strategies.
• Resource modelling
• Planning drilling programmes.
• Uranium / Gold experience preferred.
• Experience of diamond drilling.
• Be an Australian resident; hold a valid visa or permanent residency.
