They have an outstanding reputation in relation to their safety, performance and culture and are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in the Mobile Plant.
 
Role
 
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the development of maintenance and training regimes to support the maintenance work for all the site plant equipment. This will result in the delivery of mechanical engineering capabilities to foster and promote continuous improvement in safety, environment, cost and production outcomes.

• Responsibilities;
• Practical knowledge of fixed and mobile plant
• Analyse performance data, downtime records, incidents etc
• Identify training needs, courses and development paths for all maintenance personnel
• Provide training, development coaching to maintenance teams
• Participate productively as part of the Engineering Leadership Team
• Management of section budget and cost controls
• Ensuring safety practices are adhered to

 
Skills and experience;

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or Trade certificate
• Extensive mining experience in a similar role
• Reliability and condition monitoring skills
• Safety first attitude
• Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• CMMS, preferably Pronto experience
• Supervisory experience

In return for your input and energy you will be rewarded with a base salary of $160,000 plus superannuation.
