HRD & GA Head

Responsibilities :
  • Oversee and participate in the design, management, and administration of recruiting, hiring, and employment program to the conformance of company philosophies, time requirement and business objectives
  • Review and clarifies personnel requisitions as to budgeted manpower and job requirements. 
  • Conduct Job Evaluation process for each position, that been requested, using International Position Evaluation (IPE) system by Mercer, in order to determine band, level and position class for each title/positions
  • Oversee and participate in the contracting and coordination of employment agencies involved in the placement of temporary employees.
Requirement : 
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law, preferably Psychologist profession. 
  • Min 3-5 (three to five) years experiences in related position, especially in mining industry. 
  • Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate. 
  • Good in analytical and communication skills. 
  • Willing to be located at Aceh, Kalimantan area, or Obi island, South Halmahera
