My client is a leader in the field of Conveyor Systems and Conveyor technology.
Due to rapid growth, they are looking to expand the Mackay Region Business and are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to drive the business.
Along with creating new markets and developing long standing business relationships, you will in time build a team and increase the growth of the company, by sales and strategic acquisition.

The Role

• Grow and develop business within the Mining and other industries in the Mackay region of QLD
• Plan and execute business strategies to generate revenues from new clients
• Maintain existing client relationships and identify opportunities to sell them the latest products
• Attend Various trade shows and events to promote yourself and the brand
• Winning / Managing major projects with some of Australia's biggest players in the mining industry
• Hit and exceed targets and budgets

The Person
To be considered for this opportunity you will demonstrate a technical aptitude combined with a strong new business sales background. To be successful you should have;

• Knowledge in Conveyor Systems and their fittings used within the multiple industries
• Ideally come from a technical background
• Good networks within Mining and Infrastructure industries in the Mackay region
• Extensive sales and business development experience with Conveyor systems
• Focused work ethic who can self discipline
• Strong communication skills and have an ability to build rapport with all clientele
