Mining Construction Manager
In this role you will be part of construction of a $35million mining infrastructure project in the Hunter Valley. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing the quality assurance system.
This will include client management, tendering, negotiating and awarding contracts, processing payments and variations, producing financial reports, reporting on budget to management and assisting other site staff where required.
The suitable candidate will have;
- Degree qualifications in construction management or civil engineering
- Ability to liaise effectively with both clients and sub contractors
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Commercial experience on projects over $20million
- Manage client relationships and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
- Manage and administrator quality assurance systems
- Ensure all programming and scheduling is completed
- This role offers the backing of a top tier contractor and the chance to work on a blue chip mining infrastructure project in Newcastle. They offer a very competitive salary and bonus scheme plus unprecedented career progression.
- Earn up to $200,000 package and be supported by a impressive group of individuals. The role is initially Hunter Valley based and would include LAFH.
