Resource Geologist

We are currently seeking a Resource Geologist to join the Geology Team at our world class open pit Manganese operations. 


Reporting to the Senior Resource Development Geologist, you will be responsible for the following: 

• Setting and ensuring adherence to the highest industry safety standards 
• Timely delivery of budgeted Resource Development programs 
• Ensuring consistent high quality geological information is collected and interpreted to maximise the value of such data. JORC compliance as a minimum standard 
• Planning and implementing Resource Development and exploration programs 
• Geological interpretation, modelling and developing further comprehension of the geological controls 
• Reporting against project deliverables and timelines. 

To be considered for this position, you will be a degree qualified Geologist and have proven experience in a resource development and mining environment. 


To be successful, you will possess the following: 
RC drilling experience 
Previously worked in open pits. 
Surpac skills 
Managerial skills
