HSE Advisor

Broad is a fully diversified national construction and property development group who is seeking a motivated, talented professional Health Safety and Environment Advisor to join its growing WA team.  

Reporting to the Health, Safety and Environment Manager you will be responsible for providing HSE advice to sites located in the metropolitan area and regional areas, prepare safety management plans, conduct review and audits to ensure compliance with our Broad systems and legislative requirements.

As the successful candidate you will need to be highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards.


 To be successful in this position, you must have proven skills in the following areas:

• +3 years experience in a similar role


• Diploma in Health and Safety


• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and applicable standards


• Auditor qualifications in HS&E


• Related onsite HS&E experience in Building, Construction and Civil industries


• Has excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills to drive a culture of "safety and health above all else"


• Analytical and problem solving skills are a must
