This is a new role, created as a result of expansion due to project wins - a result of successful project delivery over years and years. If you are an experienced designer, looking for diverse, challenging design work - without people management responsibility and company politics, here it is.

Within a highly professional, yet relaxed team, as an experienced designer you will enjoy projects that are a mix across the civil engineering sector - not subdivision developments; but also, not just basic earthworks and civil works for resources projects. Your leader is a dynamic, approachable and highly reputed engineer - providing confidence to clients (internal and external to the organisation); ensuring an interesting, ongoing workload for the committed team.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Relevant civil engineering qualifications
• 6 years+ civil design and drafting experience for projects across civil infrastructure - urban, commercial and/or municipal projects
• Expert 12D and Autocad software skills
• Strong communication skills, training and mentoring ability highly regarded
