This career defining role will suit a highly motivated Reliability Engineer with superior communication skills and the ability to think holistically in order find the solutions that others cannot.

As an ambitious Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, your experience will have been developed working with mining companies but a solid background in related industry will provide you with the tools for success in this role. Tertiary qualifications are a mandatory requirement as is the ability to manipulate master data in CMMS systems such as SAP, MIMS, JDE or Maximo. The daily duties of the role will see you;

• Perform data analysis
• Perform RAMS analysis
• Perform RCM studies
• Interpret, analyse and improve maintenance plans
• Provide leadership to team and technical support
• Introduce and facilitate Root Cause Analysis studies
• Liaise with client side Reliability/Maintenance Engineers/Managers

Leading process improvement, conducting equipment reliability studies and analysing maintenance history data are activities which are second nature to you as is your unquestionable commitment to safety.
