Exports Coordinator

Our client who is within the Mining Industry is looking for a Export Coordinator to join the team.

Qualifications

• A Logistics related tertiary qualification
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office and email)

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in Exports/Logistics
• Must have a strong knowledge and background of Inco-terms 2000, sea-freight and road-freight.

Duties

• Order management (creating orders on company system).
• Preparing of all export documents.
• Liaising with shipping lines, customers, transporters, etc.
• Tracking and updating of all shipments on a daily basis.
• Performing general export related admin duties (filing, answering telephone calls, etc.).
• Assisting other members in team with Exports when
• necessary.
