Technician II, Contracts Management

Job Description

• Good interpersonal skills to work with many different disciplines to carry out Contract objectives.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with computer systems including Lotus and Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and Access so documents are handled efficiently and data entry/tracking is performed timely and accurately.
• Have a sound knowledge of Contracts Reference Systems such as Contract Management System (CMSi) and Contractor Resource Base (CRB).
• Flexibility in handling a multitude of assignments on a daily basis.
• Knowledge of the [Company] Office/Department structure to allow more effective expediting of information.
• Ability to learn Contract Management work process for future development.
• Perform Project Contract tasks as they relate to start-up and close-out activities.
• Ability to interpret and follow Contract procedures for assembly and maintaining Contract files.
• RFP/Contract preparation and assembly.
• Correspondence logs
• Arrange meetings and travel plans
• Document distribution and control

Basic Job Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous Contract Management experience
• Knowledge of CMSi, CRB, and SAP
• 5 years related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous [Company] experience preferred.
