The Company: 
This client are innovators in manufacturing of trailers for mine site equipment and also heavy haulage. Whilst this company's focuss is on strength, durability and robust engineering they also are specialist when it comes to high quality production. Having an onsite manufacturing workshop this role will enable you to ensure a part of your work is being manufactured correctly and accordingly to design specifications.

The Role and You: 

• Overseeing the design, developing and producing technical manuals for a wide range of heavy transport and mining equipment produced on site
• Develop documentation to establish company standards
• Interpret technical data to create clarity for all audiences
• Ensure documentation is kept up to date with latest product technologies
• Maintain product user manuals
• Communicate effectively with the large design team of engineers and also manufacturing supervisors and managers to ensure clients needs are met
• A mechanical Diploma or Degree is mandatory
• 3-4 years experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience in the mining or heavy manufacturing industry is required
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Have a strong trades background would be advantageous
• Ability to research technologies and disseminate information
• Must have a high attention to detail and be able to multi task
• High standard of using Solidworks and Autocad
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and produce quality outcomes in a timely manner
