Barclay Recruitment is currently representing several key national and global organisations, that have opportunities for experienced Environmental Advisors for Brisbane-based, FIFO or Regional roles.


Responsibilities will include:
  • Reporting to Environmental Managers
  • Providing guidance to management and the project team regarding environmental issues
  • Implementing the Environmental Management Plan and ensuring compliance
  • Maintaining and improving environmental monitoring and reporting systems
  • Supporting environmental, health and safety risk assessments
  • Liaise with auditors and stakeholders
  • Monitor and communicate changes to relevant legislation, regulations and Codes of Practices
  • Develop and deliver environment and related training as required
As the successful candidate, you will possess:
  • A tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science or a relevant degree
  • Extensive experience working as an Environmental advisor within a Heavy Industrial, Engineering, Mining or Manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation and Australian Standards
  • Ability to communicate to all levels, demonstrate sound analytical skills and be highly computer literate.


To be eligible to apply for this position you must have an appropriate Australian or New Zealand work visa.
