As part of ongoing expansions the rare opportunity to join this successful business as a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is available for somebody from a maintenance or Depot Supervisor/Manager background.
Candidate’s with a Heavy Duty Diesel fitter background who can manage a department and the personnel are sought. Those with a solid understanding of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and how this affects the ability of a business to deliver their projects on time and budget will be rewarded well. Experience with a Tier 1 Contractor in a lower level role will be considered for ambitious candidates seeking a step up in their career with greater responsibility.|
Service Manager’s, Depot Manager’s or Maintenance Superintendents who are able to liaise well with technicians in Newman, Karratha, Port Hedland and Perth to ensure the maintenance management system is not only utilized but developed and managed are particularly welcome to apply.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be adept at improving various maintenance procedures, processes, JSA, servicing & practices and where necessary introduce recording systems to ensure greater efficiency. You will also encourage safe working practises through in house training & pre-start meetings.
It will be critical that the successful candidate will be adept and thrive on ensuring the computerized maintenance management system is utilized effectively and assistance in improving this will be valued.
You will be reporting to the current Depot Manager coordinating vehicles and plant and equipment whilst providing a high quality level of support to the overall function of the Depot.
