Project Planner/Scheduler

A Project Planner/Scheduler is being sought by a leading EPCM consultancy to work on a $1 billion project in WA. You will be working out of the Perth CBD office and will receive an excellent remuneration package, long-term contract and the opportunity for career progression.


Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying causes and assessments of schedule changes. 
  • Calculation of timeline changes and Earned Value Analysis 
  • Creating and maintaining detailed resource loaded work plans for all contract activities 
  • Assisting in establishing project specific procedures for the Project Controls function comprising all scheduling functions 
  • Preparing Critical Path Network, showing sequence and timing of individual Project activities whilst conforming to Baseline Schedule

Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Planner/Scheduler who has the confidence and ability to demonstrate these skills on a daily basis whilst working on a $1 billion project in WA.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Formal qualifications in relevant discipline (Engineering/Science) 
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of planning / scheduling in an EPCM environment 
  • Detailed understanding and demonstrable knowledge of Primavera P6 
  • Microsoft Project experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines 
  • The ability to meet both quality and safety standards
