A Technical Services Superintendents is urgently required for a residential opportunity in New Zealand. This company is an mid-tier base metal producer listed on the ASX.
There is an opportunity for a motivated individual with relevant experience to lead a team of dedicated individuals at their operation on the South Island of New Zealand. Reporting to the Mining Manager the responsibilities of the Technical Services Superintendent will include:
-Management, training and development of the Technical Services team
-Development and coordination of mining schedules
-Optimisation of long, medium and short term plans -Preparation of budgets, forecasts, reconciliations and reports.
-continuous improvement
- strong emphasis on health and safety
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in mining and strong open cut experience.
For the role you will require a QM ticket or a first class mine managers ticket that can be recognised in New Zealand.
