Control Systems Engineer

As this project is coming to the end of construction, a Senior Control Systems Engineer is urgently required to join the commissioning team and make an instant impact.

General duties and responsibilities will be to:
  • Electrical clearance and equipment specification
  • Estimation, delivery and review of projects on schedule
  • The development of action plans and continual assessment of output to correct any deficiencies
  • DCS programming
  • Understanding the requirements of our clients;
  • Being innovative in providing quality, cost-effective solutions
  • Ongoing maintenance and commissioning of PLCs, SCADA and other control systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global EPCM with a fantastic reputation throughout Australia and boasts some of the best engineers in the industry. All candidates will have to demonstrate a proven track record working with in multimillion dollar projects.

To be considered:
  • Extensive experience use of Schneider and Allen Bradley PLCs, and CITECT SCADA
  • Tertiary qualification in electrical engineering
  • A high level of technical accuracy and experience
  • Excellent team involvement, mentoring, coordination and communication skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience
