The Client
A leading manufacturer of Plastic components used in various applications within the construction industry.

The Role 
A requirement has arisen for a HS&E Coordinator for their manufacturing site based in Melbourne. 

The Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, standards and procedures within the Management System to meet business requirements, focusing on Employee Health and Wellbeing. The job holder will also be responsible for:
  • Developing a safe and healthy working environment to achieve zero harm. 
  • Review and improve the H&S, Quality and Environmental Policy, Business Procedures and guidance documents
  • Setting improvement targets, provide advice and assistance across the business on general safety matters.
The Person
  • Exceptional knowledge and understanding of HS&E Management Systems 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent reporting, communication and influencing skills
  • Have at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record within a Safety Health and Environment role.
