You will be an experienced Program Design Manager, with experience in developing and leading design teams on rail/ civil infrastructure projects. The Design Manager is a key role, requiring a candidate with a proven history of the Australian infrastructure market. 

The Program Design Manager duties will consist of the following duties:

• Design review/ management
• Budgeting and financials
• Engineering standards management
• Ability to build, manage and mentor a team
• Safety compliance with legislations and regulations
• Technical management and advice
