Job Description
As a Key Account Manager you will be an integral part of a small sales team based in our clients Brisbane operations. You will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for managing and growing your assigned accounts, providing high level technical advice and support to your customers, offering a consultative sell and supporting innovation within the business. You will use your existing industry contacts, and product expertise to build relationships with key decision makers and build market share.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a self-motivated and results driven individual who can work autonomously to achieve agreed sales targets. In addition you will have:

• Extensive experience in mining equipment or earth moving equipment sales
• Previous major account management experience
• The ability to work autonomously to achieve sales targets
• Established relationships within the Queensland mining sector
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills as you will be required to present to corporate management as well as on site contacts
• A consultative approach to selling and account management
• The ability and willingness to travel throughout QLD to service your customer base
