The Position: Mechanical Maintenance & Reliability Engineer
As the successful candidate, you'll be a tertiary qualified Mechanical Engineer who can demonstrate significant experience in the following:
•Understanding of technical aspects of Reciprocating and Rotating Equipment/Machinery
•Solid knowledge in maintenance of pumps, heat exchangers and pressure vessels
•Solid understanding of piping and pressure vessel standards
•Competent user of CMMS system
•RAMS analysis and RCM studies
•Root Cause Analysis studies
•Vibration analysis and tribology (oil analysis)
•Optimise existing maintenance plans
•Provision of technical leadership to colleagues
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Reliability Manager and a close knit team of four to achieve plant preventive maintenance objectives through analysis, planning and effective prioritisation.
