• $120,000 to $140,000 Plus Super dependant on experience

About our Client
Our client is an ASX listed junior mining company, who are currently working through development of their major project and are scheduled to start production in the near term. Due to this exciting transition from developer to producer they are looking to increase their capabilities at site and now require a Senior Mine Accountant.

Job Description
Reporting to the Site Admin Manager your main duties will include but not be limited to;

• Prepare and analyse the monthly site management reports
• Coordinate the preparation, analysis and reporting of site budgets and forecasts
• Assist in the preparation, analysis and approval of all capital expenditure requests
• Maintain and update the life of mine model
• Support the corporate finance team with strategic decision making
• Manage a small team on site and provide assistance to the Site Admin Manager

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will need to be Professionally Qualified with a CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA and have at least 5 years experience in a similar role in mining. This role will requires the successful incumbent to have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work autonomously.
