Underground Production Geologist FIFO - Perth

Based in the eastern goldfields you will be working on an 8/6 roster in a small but high achieving team
Production is increasing and the aim is to be a consistent 100,000oz per annum producer 
There has been a massive cash injection for the exploration/drilling budget for the site and further evaluation of numerous targets within their large tenement package. 

Reporting to the Geology Manager, your duties will include:

• Coordination of all production related Geological tasks.
• QA/QC of the site production database, including daily and weekly reporting.
• Co-ordination of all diamond drilling activities including drillhole design, scheduling and data review.
• Real Time updates of geological models.
• Conveyance of relevant geological and production scheduling information.
• Liaising with other underground departments to ensure work is carried out correctly
• Following and maintaining WHS standards

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Geology
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in underground mining
• Relevant software skills an advantage (Surpac desirable)
• Desire to grow and develop your technical skills
