The Company
National Australian modular and portable buildings company providing modular  solutions to the mining and industrial space from 5 manufacturing locations.  The position will specifically focus on large electrical switch rooms for heavy industrial applications including mining.  They have a strategy - they just need you.


The Role

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans and strategies for the Australian sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and activity reports.
• Drive sales engineers in each state and insure an effective approach and structure is in place 
• Liaising with the likes of engineers & project managers to promote and solution sell custom built modular switch rooms for various applications.
• Be a senior key member of the management team and motivated to succeed
• Travel throughout Australia

About You

• Committed and Looking for a challenging position where you will be key in the success and growth of the company
• Electrical qualification / Engineering Background or Construction background with knowledge in HV/MV/LV switchgear
• Previous mining and industrial experience in a management position in a relevant industry.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, lead from the front team player
• Good communication and prioritising skills are essential
• Solid practical understanding of the mining space and preferably a list of contacts
