This role will see you based in sunny Brisbane as you represent this global pumping company, throughout Australasia, developing and managing the Aftermarket and Service Support business. The scope of your region will see you spending more than half your time travelling interstate and overseas, throughout much of Asia Pacific, meeting with your mining customers. Your ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels and within multiple cultural circumstances is critical to your success. Your technical know-how and sales experience will see you obtaining new projects and managing maintenance contracts to ensure the spare parts and service needs of your clients are being met. Reporting to the General Manager, your success will be measured on meeting budgets and obtaining customer growth. Consideration will be made for an exceptional applicant to work from a home office elsewhere in Australia.

To be successful you will have:

• Australian sales experience in Slurry equipment
• Mining experience is desirable
• Technical aptitude, preferably with a trade background
• Ambitious, driven attitude with a "can-do" personality
• Effective communication skills to build relationships across varying cultures
