This Queensland based Electrical Contractor specialising in the Commercial and Industrial Sectors, prides itself on its reputation for quality and service and the work life balance culture it fosters. As a result the company has been in the industry for almost 40 years and has many long serving employees. Due to continued growth and diversifying into new markets this organisation requires a Business Unit Manager to lead their Industrial Division within their successful Management Team. 

Role: 
As a focused and skilled Business Leader or Manager within the Electrical Sector with specific experience in the Industrial Market you will be responsible for managing the Industrial Business Unit with an overall budget of approximately $10 Million. This will involve managing projects, estimating and providing tenders, leading and directing the team, and business development to grow the business. 

To be considered you must have: 

• An Electrical Trade Background Or A Degree/Diploma In Electrical Engineering 
• Management Experience In Electrical Construction (Industrial) 
• Experience in Waste And Water Treatment Plants And/or Mining Would Be Highly Regarded 
• Experience Managing Or Working On Projects Within The Process Control/Automation Field Would Also Be Highly Regarded 
• Experience In Project Management With Projects Ranging From $100,000 Up to $5 Million 
• Ability to Multi-task And Manage Multiple Projects At The One Time 
• Experience in Estimation And Developing Quotes 
• Strong Leadership Skills 
• Strong Planning, Budgeting And Financial Skills 
• Excellent Reporting Skills 
• Strong Communication And Organisations Skills 
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills 
• Excellent Time Management Skills
