Heavy Duty Fitters

Our client, a leading contractor in the resource and infrastructure sectors of Australia is looking for experienced Heavy Duty Fitters to join their team. 
We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Heavy Duty Fitters to maintain and service a fleet of mobile machinery. You will have a strong background in diagnostics, repairs and maintenance of Earthmoving Equipment that is used in the mining and construction industries.
The successful candidate must have the following:
  • Australian recognised trade certificate
  • Proven experience on earthmoving machinery such as CAT equipment (777 and 793 dump trucks, D10T Dozers and 16M Graders) and Hitachi Excavators
  • Current and relevant experience working within the Mining or Construction industries
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence - HR preferable
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Site based experience would be highly regarded however not essential
