Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all HR functions including implementation of policies and procedures, hiring process, industrial relation, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, and timely reporting
  • Arrangement legal/formalities documents to meet statutory requirements
  • Arranging internal and or external meeting or events
  • Handling general office administration job
  • Identify training and development needs
  • Support training and development advances and practices
  • Training material design and development
Requirements:
  • Possess minimum bachelor’s or Master degree from HRM, Psychology, Law or relevant major.
  • Possess experience in handling HR minimum 3 years in same position
  • Possess experience in coal mining is an advantage
  • Have active English ability (written and oral)
  • Able to work independently as well as in team
  • Possess excellent leadership skills and able to develop team
  • Well organized, independent, possess excellent analytical skills, highly initiative person, dynamic, self motivated, good analytical skill, strong interpersonal and good communication skills, honest, able to handle detailed matters, and able to work independent as well as under pressure
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Having experience in Safety, ISO 9000, 18000 and 14000 is an advantage
