Job Description
As Reliability Superintendent you will assume a position of responsibility in an experienced asset management and maintenance team.
Your role will include:

• Applying a high level of strategic ability to deliver mobile fleet optimisation across a complex open cut operation.
• Assuming responsibility for team direction in a collaborative environment.
• Bringing a highly organised approach to delivering results and an ability to interface effectively across both reliability and maintenance professionals on site.
• Delivering real measurable and consistent productivity improvement.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will:

• Be a degree qualified mechanical engineer.
• Have a track record of success in a leadership position.
• Bring proven skills in reliability strategy and a comprehensive understanding of RCA, RCM and FMECA analysis. Six Sigma experience is also desirable.
• Be fluent in relevant CMMS packages, preferably SAP and Vulcan.
• Have built your career in the open cut environment, preferably in coal production.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface across all levels within the business.
• Bring an exceptional interpersonal approach with a record of improving team productivity.
