You will have a proven track record in production processing, demonstrated commitment to safety and be proactive in implementing continuous improvement.  Your ability to motivate, lead and develop a team will support your success
 
To be successful in this role you must have; 

• Supervisory or tertiary qualifications, relevant to a processing environment
• Planning and scheduling experience
• Experience in budget and cost management
• Demonstrated ability to successfully hit KPI's
• Highly developed communication skills
• Time management skills
