Senior E&I Engineer

Position
There is a requirement for a professional and versatile Senior E&I Engineer to be based at the south Brisbane Head Office. Your responsibility will be to schedule, provide and oversee electrical and controls systems design and commissioning as assigned or required to meet the production/project schedule.
 
Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Knowledge of generators, generator controls and protection on HV and MV systems.
• Detailed Design of HV distribution, MV distribution (including Switch boards) production of detailed design drawings and specification of equipment for procurement.
• Skilled in PLC Programming of mainstream PLC systems such as Allen Bradley, HV Protection Systems.
• Skilled in design and programming of HMI interfaces & SCADA
• High computer literacy and working knowledge of computer network systems
• Good working knowledge of  AS3000/AS3110 and other Australian Standards relevant to electrical engineering and controls
• Self Motivated, disciplined with good organizational, leadership and  communication skills
• TUV Certified or Exida trained up to SIL 2
• Certified to carry out Hazardous Area Certification
• Electrical Engineering Degree (RPEQ Desirable)
• Mentoring Roll for less experienced engineers and staff.
