Mechanical Supervisor

This organisation is a leading specialty miner located in the Upper North Region of Western Australia. With this site being their main asset, they are driven to maintain and build on team quality and technical ability to ensure timely and safe production and processing.

To develop their technical Maintenance Department, this organisation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor who will be involved in multiple areas and duties across the processing plant. This role includes managing the mechanical trades, working with the maintenance planners, supporting and assisting the Maintenance Superintendent all to ensure equipment is maintained in a timely and cost effective manner.

The successful applicant will come from a Fitter Trade background, have extensive experience in mineral processing, have a proven ability to manage teams of people and enjoy working in team environment.
