Tender Consultant

Operating in ANZ and Asia, we employ over 12,000 temporary workers every week and find permanent jobs for over 15,000 people in a year.Reporting to the Business Director, you will support the business in tendering for preferred supplier agreements by preparing high quality tender documents and providing tender assistance throughout the process.

This key role will see you coordinate the preparation of tenders through obtaining input from relevant stakeholders including legal counsel, insurance, finance and operations. You will use this information to deliver relevance and consistency in our tender submissions, and manage the follow up communication within the business. You will also liaise with external clients throughout the tender process to ensure that we agree on key legal and commercial variations.

Coming from a background of delivering high quality documents, you will demonstrate extensive Excel and Word experience as well as strong commercial / financial analysis. You will be used working under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst promoting a flexible and adaptable work ethic.

This role would ideally suit an ambitious professional from a contract administration, technical writing or business analyst background. Consideration will also be given to highly articulate recruitment consultants who wish to develop their career in a more corporate capacity.
