Tasks

• Perform the projects and assignments required to assist the Quality Department maintain the Quality Management System and Customer Satisfaction.
• Enter Data into LIMS System, Prepare Material Certifications, Prepare Reports and maintain Quality Records.
• Proficiency in with the following software, Access, Excel, SAP, LIMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Conduct root cause investigations of customer complaints.
• Assist Energy Team with scrap reduction goals.
• Coordinate Rogers QMS into SAP as part of project NEXT.
• Assist Energy Group with scrap reduction investigations and incident route cause.
• Manage Internal Audit Training and Schedule for QMS
• Report weekly Scrap and PPM information for weekly staff and corporate data base
• Follow up verification of Corrective Actions and Quality Bulletins
• Assist with documentation of Work Instructions, Quality Plans and Quality Records
• Participate in LEAN Events
• Collect and evaluate statistical process control.

Requirements

• Degree from Technical School or the equivalent of 2 years’ experience and familiarity with [Company] WC production and process. Product Quality Support Specialist must be competent in the use of all computer systems necessary to perform this job. Product Quality Specialist must be familiar with ISO requirements and [Company] metallurgical testing procedure as detailed in the work instructions. Quality Support Specialist must be familiar with Microsoft Office Software.
