Proposal Assistant

Position Overview:

  • Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.
  • Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports.
  • Work is often of a critical or confidential nature.
  • Individual will also be involved in proposal support, lead tracking, and database maintenance. Assists with assembly of firm information for submittals.
  • Coordinates production efforts, (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery).
  • Researches identified client websites for upcoming leads or clients Capital Program.
