Underground Mining Engineer - FIFO 8/6 QLD

An international mining company operating a highly productive underground metalliferous mining situated in QLD. Due to an increase in production they are now looking for an enthusiastic Mining Engineer to step into their strategic mine planning team.

In this role you will be FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns and you will be working an 8/6 roster, allowing you and your family to fully utilise your beautiful surrounding on your 6 days off.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Short-Long Term Mine Planning and Scheduling 
• Underground Mine Designs and Feasibility Studies 
• Cost evaluation for UG projects and developments 
• Mentoring and training mine planning team

To be successful in this role you must be Degree qualified and have 2+ years mine planning experience for underground metalliferous operations.

Salary depends on experience, but will be in the region of $130,000K - $140,000K+ benefits. Salaries outside that range can be considered for those with exceptional levels of experience.
