Senior Document Controller

• Five month contract / immediate start

Our Client is a well renowned leader in the design, development and construction of mineral processing are seeking to employ a Senior Document Controller for an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business where you can utilise your skill set and be part of their Projects team.


In this diverse and challenging role your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Document Management related to the project (Iron Ore)
• Recording checking and tracking all incoming and outgoing project documents
• Maintaining file libraries, including the master files and relevant registers
• Collecting, collating, filing and archiving of management systems records and project documents
• Status reporting on a weekly basis
• Other ad hoc duties

To be considered for this contract you must have an established career as a Senior Document Controller with major projects along with an extensive knowledge of document management processes and activities. Ideally, you will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build a strong rapport with people. Pervious 2IC experience will be essential along with sound negotiations skills and enthusiasm.
