Recently Graduated Electrical Engineer

Proud South African firm providing condition monitoring services, solutions and technology for the Technical industry is in dire need of a Service Technician. Only South African citizens, who are suitably qualified, live in the applicable area and meet the requirements of the position are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

The successful candidate must have experience with companies in the mining, manufacturing and engineering industries. The duties of the incumbent would be to determine the health of the companies' machines through patented surveillance methods and/ or on-site surveys. Consult and advise companies on the implementation and/or improvement of condition based maintenance. Enable these companies to reach an Optimal Production.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Minimum of 4 years experience in installing and servicing auto electrical components e.g. car alarms or tracking systems
• Valid drivers license and own transport
• Auto Electrical service experience
• Fault finding and problem solving experience
• Ability to read technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose problems
• Ability to operate power tools and equipment with precision
• Oral communications skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good health, physical fitness, stamina and manual dexterity
• Knowledge of safe working procedures
• Person must reside in the Witbank or surrounding area.
