Resource Development Superintendent

You’ll get the chance to oversee the planning, implementation and monitoring of all the resource development activities, as well as looking after and coordinating the work of field based staff. It’ll be up to you to increase the level of identified resources, as well as being a mentor for those in your team.
 
For this role they are seeking an individual with extensive experience in Iron Ore with WA. Ideally your previous role will have included specific resource development work and this will certainly be considered advantageous for this position. You’ll have an easy going personality and be capable of bringing your team along with you.
