Senior Electrical Supervisor

One of the world’s largest mining organisations has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis FIFO to The Solomon Islands from any major Australian city. This role offers an attractive day rate, accommodation, meals and an opportunity to gain invaluable overseas experience.  The site operates a 28/14 roster and this role is being offered on an initial 28 day contract with the potential to extend a further 2 rotations.


With extensive experience in an Electrical Supervisory role within a previous mining environment, you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the electrical maintenance staff within the mining process plant, ensuring site safety standards and met and exceeded.  Hard Rock plant experience is preferable.


To be considered for this role you will already be trades qualified and have already maintained an Australian Electrical Workers Licence within your extensive electrical/maintenance industry experience. Extensive Electrical Supervisory experience, excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills are also key requirements of this role.   Your ability to manage multiple tasks and a large work force comprising ex-pats and local workers will ensure your success in this role.
