Site Manager

With extensive experience in a Site Management role in either a mining or oil & gas construction environment you will be responsible for leading and developing a cooperative team and controlling site resources to deliver on key project objectives.  As a demonstrated leader on site you will also be responsible for ensuring a high focus on safety and quality and building key stakeholder relationships to ensure project and site objectives are met and exceeded.  With previous management experience you will also be responsible for managing expenditure, setting and achieving KPI’s and assisting with planning and management of site activities.
 
Relevant Construction or Site Management experience on major Mining or Oil & Gas projects coupled with the technical knowledge relating to current regulations, work cover obligations and safety acts are crucial requirements for this role.  Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as the ability to effectively plan and organise site activities as well an understanding of project report writing and HSE documentation are key requirements of this role.
