Responsibilities:

• The Applications Manager will lead a global team of SAP Business Analysts within the Global Business Solutions organization to Ensure Finance, Tax Accounting and Controls business requirements for SAP modules are translated into detailed functional specifications and consider cross functional impacts, associated risks, cost benefit analysis, business justification, audit guidelines and global support
• Assign, design, configure, develop and document system change requests per departmental systems life cycle and audit guidelines.
• Develop and oversee project plans, resource and capacity planning, testing, deployment, and documentation processes.
• Discuss and implement FICO process improvements, maintain an awareness of functional best practices, and partner with the user community and business user leadership about future technology needs and the development of a technology roadmap.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Business or Systems related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as FICO Applications Manager for a Global Organization.
• SAP configuration and implementation experience preferred.
• Functional business experience (Accounting, Finance and Controls).
• Strong Managerial skills with ability to interface with high level Executives.
• SAP R/3 FICO configuration experience is preferred.  
• Must have a proven track record for leading strategies of a Global FICO organization.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.
