Mackay are currently seeking multi skilled Civil operators for a new Queensland earthworks project. This opportunity presented by ResCo will offer those with professional & proven capabilities the opportunity to move into the mining space.


We are looking for new and exciting personalities that have a proven track record with technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety procedures and workplace practices.


To be considered you MUST be Multi Skilled and competent in a minimum of 3 tickets listed in our vacancies below.

Applicants must possess:

• Civil qualifications for the machines in which you operate with recent and comprehensive experience in civil work
• You will have an excellent attitude towards safety and a commitment to zero harm.
• Capacity to work remotely and in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Self motivation and strong work ethic
• White Card

Applicants will be required to:

• Complete a Coal Board Medical and drug & Alcohol screen prior to commencement
• Complete a Generic Coal Induction (Standard 11)
• Site specific inductions
• Successful applicants will engage in the establishment of a new project with exciting opportunities.
• Rosters, accommodation and transport will be discussed with suitable candidates.
